Below is a brief description of the products and services offered RSFSS
 Intrusion (Burglar) & Fire Detection SystemsOur systems give your peace of mind by providing intruder detection with state-of-the-art hardwired and wireless security alarm systems. Beyond the basic features of a main control panel, and control keypad, these systems can be customized to add detection devices such as:
- Door/Window Security Contacts
- Window Security Screens
- Glass Break Detectors
- Remote arming capabilities
- Motion Detection (including immunity to small pets)
- Lighting control
- Temperature / Environmental controls
- Smoke/Heat Detectors
CCTV / Video Camera Systems
 With the introduction of Video technology, we now have the ability to watch over our family and home from our workplace or watch over our business operations from our home.
RSFSS designs and installs video camera systems to suit most any budget, from small simple systems to elaborate remote controlled systems. Video cameras are strategically installed around your property to meet your specific security needs. The cameras are then connected to a digital storage controller which controls the video cameras and records activity onto a digital hard drive. With remote video options, you can connect your digital storage controller to the internet to monitor your property remotely yourself. RSFSS can also provide remote video monitoring services listed below.
 Electronic Card Access Control Systems
An Access Control System provides controlled access for the doors of your property to control your assets, information or people. This is provided by equipment that requires an authorized person to present some form of identification to gain access through protected entry points around the property. Some options for identification include magnetic swipe cards, proximity cards and keypads, as well as more sophisticated equipment such as state-of-the-art biometric readers for fingerprint and/or facial recognition, and smart card readers/programmers.
Alternative/Back-Up Alarm Signal Communication
Since the standard alarm system sends signals via a telephone line, if that telephone line is compromised for any reason, your alarm system may not be able to transmit a signal to our central monitoring station. RSFSS offers as a state-of-the-art optional back-up to traditional phone line communications utilizing a long-range radio communicator that can be added on to most security systems. With this specialized long-range radio communicator, your system will be able to send an alarm signal instantaneously to our central monitoring station via the radio communicator to one of the numerous transmission towers throughout the San Diego County area.
SERVICES
 Intrusion (Burglar)/Fire System Monitoring
RSFSS have our own local 24 hour central monitoring station that provides monitoring of your intrusion, fire and video systems. In the event of an emergency your system can connect to our central monitoring station by either phone, cellular or internet, to transmit an alarm signal to one of our highly trained dispatchers to take the appropriate action.
RSFSS not only can monitor security systems we have installed, but we can also provide our monitoring services with most security systems installed by other security companies too.
 Remote Video Monitoring/Video Alarm Verification
RSFSS offers several remote monitoring options for the video cameras on your property. This service is provided by our central monitoring station via an internet connection between your property and our office. Services range from scheduled video tours of your property, to alarm verification through the review of camera activity/history following alarm activations.
Card Access Database Management
If you have an electronic card access control system, maintaining the ever changing database of authorized individuals can be an overwhelming task. RSFSS can provide the ongoing maintenance, programming and deactivation of your card access system cards, fob or codes.
Security Officer Alarm Response
RSFSS offers an option of Security Officer Alarm Response. With this service, if your security system sends an intrusion signal requiring a response, we dispatch one of our own uniformed security officers in a marked security vehicle to inspect your property. Many of our clients utilize this option as the first responder in place of local law enforcement authorities to help reduce potential response fines levied by public agencies.
